DİYARBAKIR- The investigation started regarding the a demonstration in 2014 just like the one happening today in front of HDP Diyarbakır Provincial Organization building have ended with a non prosecution verdict. The prosecutor who started the investigation ex officio, closed the file silently due to the abtstract claims being free of any doubt.
The claims about the demonstrations some families did in 2014 turned out to be jactitation. Just like today, 11 families claimed that their children were abducted and taken to the mountains to join the PKK and attacked the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) building and some party members were injured.
Later, the AKP government and some non-governmental organizations under its auspices gave full support to the families carrying their protests to Dağkapı Square in front of the party building just like today.
The Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's office launched an official investigation on the allegations of the families, claiming their children were abducted and were taken to the mountains to join PKK. The demonstrations of the families ended silently after not getting enough public attention.
The investigation carried out by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office resulted in a lack of prosecution in the same year as it was hollow. The judge decided "The abstract allegations are free from any suspicion". No one made any statements whatsoever about the claims afterwards.
Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation against the HDP Provincial Organization executives with the same allegations after 5 years.
