People's Democratic Party (HDP) Co-chair Pervin Buldan held a press conference at her party's provincial building regarding the trustee appointed to Diyarbakır, Van and Mardin Metropolitan Municipalities. HDP MP's Musa Piroğlu, Oya Ersoy, Filiz Kerestecioğlu, Züleyha Gülüm, Erol Katırcıoğlu, Ahmet Şık and HDP İstanbul District and Provincial executives attended the meeting.
Buldan, stating that if they can not succeed in this test of democracy, the future of Turkey will not offer anything to anybody, said: "Dark days will certainly be waiting for us. I am calling on to Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and all political parties in the parliament, especially CHP, democratic mass organizations, democracy advocates..We have to get through this test together. What is being done to us today will sure be done to you tomorrow. If we don't stop this cycle, everyone will suffer from it.
