Making a statement about the issue on his Twitter account, Ayhan Bilgen has stated that he has been summoned via his attorneys to depose at the Kars Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

In his tweets, Ayhan Bilgen has said,

"If they think of appointing trustees in Kars as well, I recommend the ones who were overlooked while robbing the city for years. That way, the bureaucrat will not have to deal with the creditors and the robbers will directly fill their pockets without bothering 900 personnel with fake invoices!

"I hear that they are preparing a new file against me on charge of 'establishing and leading an armed organization' and I am sending them the song 'The short straw will definitely get its due from the long straw'."
