MARDIN - N.C. The young woman who was raped by the son of the convict of the trial, Şeyhdavut D., Hattap D., and his cousin, Hasan D., became pregnant, the prosecutor said, "There is no evidence". In the DNA test, Hattap D. was the biological father of the child.

It has been revealed that Şeyhdavut D., who was the convict of the case where 26 people, including soldiers, officers, rangers, and headmen, raped 13-year-old N.Ç.t, was hosted by the District Governor of Derik as an "opinion leader" at an event. After the image and news that aroused public repercussions, another rape incident was learned in the district, which has been known by everyone for many years but was not talked about and that the judiciary did not try despite the evidence. The perpetrators were Hattap D., son of the rape suspect Şeyhdavut D., and his cousin Hasan D.

Reaching the Mesopotamia Agency (MA) the young woman said: "I want the perpetrators to be prosecuted," and the young woman asked for the punishment of the two perpetrators she was raped in 2013 and told what happened.

RAPE AND BLACKMAIL

According to what the young woman, who was 20 years old at the time of the incident, told; The incident took place in Derik district in March 2013. Invited as a guest by her neighbor, Z., the young woman was raped by Z.'s relatives, Hattap D. and her cousin Hasan D., who later came to the house. Even though Hattap D. and Hasan D., who first took the images of the young woman who could not tell anyone about her experiences, wanted to be together again by threatening to publish these images, the woman did not accept this.

SHE WAS FORCED TO BE MARRIED WITH HER RAPIST

After a while, the woman, who went to another city (Bursa) with her family as a seasonal agricultural worker, learned that she was pregnant when she fell ill here. The woman then told her sister what she had experienced. After a while, family members learned about the situation and met with Hattap D.'s father, Şeyhdavut D., and asked that the young woman be married to one of the perpetrators. After the request was not accepted, the young woman filed a complaint against both perpetrators.

SHE GAVE BIRTH AT A SHELTER

The young woman, who did not return from her city as an agricultural worker, moved to a relative of hers in Istanbul. The young woman, who could not stay here too long, settled in a shelter in Istanbul in the 5th month of her pregnancy, worried that something might happen to her, and gave birth here. The young woman, who stayed in the shelter for 6 months after giving birth, married someone else after a while.

PROSECUTOR OFFICE GAVE THE DECISION OF NON-PROSECUTION

Meanwhile, the young woman's criminal complaint was closed with a decision of non-prosecution given by the Derik Public Prosecutor's Office on the grounds that "there is no evidence" without taking DNA samples. The young woman applied to the Family Court in Istanbul in 2014 to determine the biological father of the child. In her petition, the application of the young woman who wanted the DNA of her baby, who was born as a result of the rape and detention of her by 2 people, to be compared with the DNA of the people she complained about, was finalized in June 2016 and it was determined that the biological father of the baby was Hattap D.

SHE WANTS THEM TO BE PUNISHED

The statement of the young woman, who filed a criminal complaint again after the DNA result came out, has not yet been taken. The young woman, who wanted the investigation to be opened and the two perpetrators to be punished, stated that the people in question had previously turned to other women in a similar way and said: "There was a woman at that time. They wanted to rape her too, but the woman managed to escape. They probably raped others in Derik, but no one could speak up. They always deny. I want these 2 people to be tried and punished. I don't want anything other than that."
