BATMAN -  The parliamentary question about Sergeant Musa Orhan, who raped İpek Er, was returned to the Assembly on the grounds that it contained "rude and hurtful" words.

Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Batman MP Feleknas Uca's parliamentary question regarding the release of Specialist Sergeant Musa Orhan, who raped İpek Er and led her to commit suicide, was returned to the Presidency of the Assembly on the grounds that it contained "rude and hurtful" words

The document of rejection signed by Parliamentary Speaker Mustafa Şentop included the following statement: "If the questions, "Are the crimes of abuse committed by Specialist Sergeants in the provinces where Kurds are densely populated a coincidence?" and  "Are abuses in Kurdish provinces tolerated?" are removed from the motion, the proposal can be put into action."
