JINNEWS reporter Öznur Değer was detained during a raid in her family house in İpek neighbourhood of Mardin's Kızıltepe district. In the raid carried out in the morning hours with special operation police officers, the door of the house was broken and the house was entered. Öznur Değer was beaten and taken out of the house, handcuffed behind her back and taken into police car. 

 

After the search at the house, journalist Öznur Değer's technical materials were also seized. Öznur Değer was taken to the Provincial Security Directorate.
