HPG announces operations in Amed and Besta

NEWS CENTER - People's Defence Forces Press Liaison Center (HPG-BIM) announced that Turkey carried out operations in Çewlig (Bingol), Amed (Diyarbakır) and Besta regions and stated that those who give the orders are responsible for the consequences of a possible contact. 
 
HPG Press Liaison Centre (BIM) statement reads: "Extensive operatipns and attacks are being carried out by the occupying Turkish army against our forces in Bakurê (North) Kurdistan.  On 14-15 October, an operation was carried out against the region in the triangle of Çewlîk, Licê (Lice) and Pasûr (Kulp) districts of Amed. On 14-15 October, a comprehensive operation was carried out in the Herekol region of Botan. On 19 October, an operation was carried out against the Besta region of Botan.
 
In these operations carried out against our guerrilla forces in a ceasefire position, the military and political will that put these forces into operation will be responsible for the results that will be revealed in a possible contact that we do not want."
