Prosecutor demanded 7 people in the Dink case to be sentenced

İSTANBUL - In the Hrant Dink case, the public prosecutor demanded the punishment of seven people, including Yasin Hayal, Erhan Tuncel and Ogün Samast. The prosecutor asked to punish the accused for allegedly 'establishing and managing an organization', 'intentionally attempting murder' and  'being a member of an organization”.

 
The hearing of the 9 of the suspects whose files were seperated from the main file due to the statute of limitations were held today in the İstanbul 14 th High Criminal Court for the Agos Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Hrant Dink murder.
 
 
while the prosecutor demanded the punishment of 7 of them, he demanded the 2 to be released.
 
 
The court adjourned the hearing to 17 July for the parties to prepare their defense on the merits.
