10 months prison sentence to HDP Cizre Co-Chair Tunç

ŞIRNAK- HDP Cizre District Co-Chair Güler Tunç was sentenced to 10 months in prison for allegedly 'propagandizing an illegal organization'.

The hearing of People's Democratic Party (HDP) Cizre District Co-Chair Güler Tunç who was accused of 'propagandizing an illegal organization' for a whatsapp message was held in Şırnak 3rd High Criminal Court. Tunç attended the hearing via Audio and Video Information System (SEGBİS).
 
Tunç who made her defense, denied the claims about her and demanded her acquittal, as her attorney did.
 
The court sentenced Tunç to 10 months' imprisonment on the same grounds, deferring the announcement of the verdict.
