URFA - A person with a bomb set up on his person was caught by the police in Urfa's historic Haşimiye Square.

 

Police wanted to stop a person they considered suspicous in Urfa, Haşimiye. But the suspect tried to escape. The suspect police captured turned out to have a bomb set up on his person. After detecting the device, police stopped the entries and exits to the vicinity.Following the removal of the surrounding citizens, bomb disposal teams removed the device off the person. 

 

The suspect was taken under custody while the police who started an investigation keeps waiting at the Hşimiye Square.
