Discharged teacher: How can one respond that badly to good intentions?

MUŞ- Teacher Selvan Erek who shared the schoolbag of his student which the student's mother made out of an old blanket was discharged. Teacher Erek reacted to the discharge, asking 'How can one respond that badly to good intentions?"

 
Erek underlining that the fact that he shared the picture of the student was indeed a very humane share said: ""I don't know how such a human situation has been so distorted. How can one respond that badly to good intentions? Yes, we have a lot of shortcomings at school. Our students also have many shortcomings. Teachers from all over Turkey does that kind of solidarity calls and find help. I shared that picture because I thought his need could be met."
 
Erek added that he asked the permission of that studen't mother before he shared the picture, and that her mother gladly accepted.
 
Erek stating that he had been working in this school for 3 years and noone wants to teach there because the scool is in a very remote area said: "I've been a paid teacher here for three years. I'm a graduate of child development. I've done a lot of work for this school and the students. When I recieved the discharge paper my students hugged me and cried, told me not to leave them. Saying goodbye to my students hurts me the most."
