AMED - Calling for a democratic stance against the attacks on Northern and Eastern Syria and Aleppo DBP said: "The target of these attacks targeting the peoples of Syria and Rojava through gangs is the democratic and women's libertarian new life paradigm."

Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Central Executive Board (MYK) made a written statement on the attacks launched on 27 November against Northern and Eastern Syria and Aleppo. The statement read as follows: "The war scenario prepared by the sovereign-colonialist powers who want to redesign the Middle East with the 3rd World War, this time through Aleppo, Idlib and Tel Rifat, does not recognise the right to life of the peoples of the region and opens the door to further deepen regional instability. The forces seeking political interests over the region, especially the Erdoğan-Bahçeli government, aim to keep the Middle East in a spiral of crises with a new war concept.

'GROUPS RECRUITED FROM ISI AND FSA'

The gains of the peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria are at the centre of the war concept. The mentality that 'could not bring down Kobanê' is today seeking to target the gains and status of the Kurdish people once again by turning thr process that started over Aleppo into an opportunity. Although they are presented as 'opposition groups' and their attacks and massacres are tried to be legitimised, we know that HTS, SNA (Syrian National Army) and the groups acting with them are paramilitary gang groups recruited from ISIS and FSA. The massacres carried out by these gangs groups in the Middle East geography, especially in Kobanê and Shengal, and their practices that trampled on human dignity are still in the memory today.

CALL TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

Now, at the centre of these attacks, which once again target the peoples of Syria and Rojava by gangs, is the democratic and women's libertarian new paradigm of life to be built in the region. For this reason, we call on all political circles, democracy forces, the international community and our people not to remain silent and take a democratic stance against the attacks targeting Rojava and Syrian territory."
