'ISOLATION CONTINUE ON THE PEOPLE'
Emphasizing that the isolation is directed at the entire society, Hüsnüye Kat said: "Isolation is a crime against humanity. Isolation is not only being carried out intensely against Mr. Ocalan and our friends in prison. It is being carried out intensively on the entire people of Turkey and Kurdistan. Isolation is war, rape, harassment, massacre. Isolation must be end. There must be peace. And this is a must for Turkey's democratization."
DAD Ankara Branch President Mustafa Karabudak said: "Isolation is an issue for all of us. People are isolated in the person of Mr. Ocalan. We condemn this. The Kurds used all the democratic methods they could for peace, but when they did not get a response, they went on a hunger strike. We greet all souls inside and outside. We stand with the lives that are a lamp to peace, and we will grow and support solidarity as much as we can."
The hunger strike action continued with the folk poems and strans (songs) of DAD representatives.
