NEWS CENTER- AKP member President Tayyip Erdoğan said "I can say war" regarding the clashes in Idlib, as he announced he will talk with Putin tonight. 

 

Speaking in İstanbul, AKP President Tayyip Erdoğan made statements about the clashes in Idlib where 2 soldiers have lost heir lives yesterday. Erdoğan said, "They invited to make a very decisive ceasefire in Idlib. I cannot say that there is an expected response to this invitation. They proposed İstanbul on March 5th for the summit. Putin did not give them the desired answer yet. I will have a phone call with Putin tonight at around 18:00. I hope we will take a good step with this meeting."

 

'OUR WITHDRAWAL IS OUT OF QUESTION'

 

Stating that they will discuss the developments in Idlib with Putin, Erdoğan said, "We will consider all developments in Idlib from top to toe. I can call this an intense war. There have been many tools and equipments destroyed. 12 tanks, 3 armored vehicles, 14 cannons were destroyed. The struggle there continues decisively at the moment. The result of the interview tonight will determine our attitude there. Unless the regime stops the persecution of the people of Idlib, our withdrawal is out of question. We can only do so in this way."
