İbrahim Halil Bozkurt, who was held in Urfa Type T Prison No 2, was transferred to Erzincan High Security Prison without his request and without informing his family. Bozkurt with severe psychopathic disroder, was sentenced to 15 yeras in prison in 2021 on the charge of "carrying weapons and explosives". Stating that his borther is held in a solitary confinement in Erzincan, Serdal Bozkurt pointed out that being held in a solitary confinement would increase his brother's health issues.  

 

Serdal Bozkurt stated that his brother was transferred 10 days ago without informing them and said, "On 27 March, a message came from İmralı Island for peace to prevail in Turkey. The next day, my brother İbrahim Halil Bozkurt was deported from Urfa, where our family resides, to Erzincan. What kind of understanging is this that they can talk about peace while persecution continues. My brother's health condition is not suitable to stay in this type of prison. The Ministry of Justice and the prison administration also know this. Since his psychological healt is not good, he may harm himself or they may use this situation to harm my brother. It is urgent that my brother be taken out of the prison he is in and transferred to a prison with multiple wards, or if there is one in the prison he is in, he should be moved to a multiple ward."
