Hüseyin Bağ who was sentenced to 11 years and two other inmates who were arrested as a result of the case against 70 people 17 of whom were children, have started a hunger strike protesting the violations of rights. Bağ told his family whom he spoke on the phone yesterday that they were starting a hunger strike.

 

Hüseyin Bağ's sister Kader Bağ told what her brother told him on the phone and said: "My brother told me their ward is being raided by the guards every morning and when they fight back, they are being tortured. He told that they do not have access to the doctor and there is a restriction on their book rights. My brother also told that there are positive coronavirus cases in the prison but the prison administration doesn't admit to it. As his family, we have filed a criminal complaint before. We will do it again. My brother told that they will not end the hunger strike until their demands are met. Meet their demands as soon as possible."
