NEWS CENTER - An application has been filed with the Bureau for the Investigation of Unsolved Murders calling for an investigation into the killings of Savaş Buldan, Adnan Yıldırım and Hacı Karay and for those responsible to be identified.

 

An application has been filed with the Bureau for the Investigation of Unsolved Murders, established under the Ministry of Justice, seeking to shed light on the killings of businesspeople Savaş Buldan, Adnan Yıldırım and Hacı Karay, who were found murdered on June 3, 1994. DEM Party Wan MP Pervin Buldan said the application was filed by lawyer Bişar Alinak, stressing the need for a full investigation into the killings, the uncovering of the political and organizational links behind them, and the identification and prosecution of those responsible.

 

In a statement on social media, DEM Party Wan MP Pervin Buldan said: “This case is not merely a matter of the past; it must be considered in the context of unresolved political killings and the culture of impunity in Turkey’s recent history. As required by the rule of law, such cases must be effectively investigated and the material truth established."
