İDLİB - It was stated that with the support of the Turkished Armed Forces (TSK), the salafi groups attacking the town of Idlib were repelled with the air support of Russia. Turkish Ministry of National Defense announced that 2 soldiers lost their lives and 5 soldiers were injured due to the airstrikes.

The operation initiated by the salafi groups led by Turkish Armed Forces-led Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham (HTŞ) towards Netreb Town of Idlib, which was under the control of the Syrian Regime, was repelled.

The official Syrian news agency claimed that at least 2 TSK tanks were destroyed in extensive attacks and the attacks were repelled by the resistance of the regime forces.

The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced that the TSK's artillery fire stopped after the warning and the attack was repelled by the intervention of the Russian Air Force. As Russia demands Turkey to stop military support, also calls to use diplomatic channels.
