Muratoğlu brothers on hunger strike: The isolation will break with resistance

MERSİN - Halil, Gazi and Agit Muratoğlu who are on hunger strike for 84 days, said: "We believe that the isolation will break with resistance".

 
Muratoğlu brothers who are all in different prisons are on hunger strike against the isolation in İmralı for 84 days.
 
Mother Hanım Muratoğlu who spoke to her sons on the phone 2 days ago, said: "I saw that they have lost a lot of weight when I visited them. I hugged them and cried. My son told me 'We are fine. Our morale is high. Everyone is on hunger strike. We are just like them. We will resist until the isolation breaks. We believe the isolation will break with resistance. We will have victory.' My sons were battered. Their clothes were torn. But they don't tell me anything."
 
 
Mother Muratoğlu who stated that the demands of the prisoners must be met, said: "The isolation on Kurdish people's leader must be removed.They will make their dreams come true some day and will be free. We are mothers. We are hurting inside. Let's unite and get out on the streets.Let's be the voices of our children outside."
