Prosecutor interpreted the call to party building as 'People's Court'

DİYARBAKIR- HDP Silvan former District Co-chair Hülya Biçen's call to the two people fighting in the party meeting was considered a call to people's court by the prosecutor and the prosecution requests a prison sentence up to 15 years.
 
The indictment about the People's Democratic Party (HDP) Silvan former District Co-chair Hülya Biçen who was taken under custody in scope of the operation conducted on October 9 where 152 people was taken under custody with the instruction of the Diyarbakır Chief Prosecutor's office was accepted by Diyarbakır 10th Criminal Court. She got arrested with 26 of the 142 people.
 
The text messages came to HDP Silvan former District Co-chair Hülya Biçen's phone regarding the information of some funerals were considered evidence for being a member of an illegal organization.
 
Biçen's call to the two parties stabbing each other in a party meeting was considered 'Judiciary process of KCK court'.
 
Biçen who was charged with acting upon the calls of Democratic Society Congress (DTK) and Free Women's Movement (TJA). Biçen did not accept the charges.
 
 With the indictment accepted by Diyarbakır 10th Criminal Court, the prosecution requests upto 15 years of prison sentence for the charge of being a member of an illegal organization.
