The 4th trial of the 53 people that got arrested in the curfew in Mardin, Nusaybin ended in the 5th day. 10 prisoner relatives, lawyers and HDP parliamentarian Ebru Günay followed the case.

IT IS NOT DEFINITE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT

Attorney Mehmet Alparslan who started his defence said : " We asked the authorities how many identifications one person can make in a day. They said if you want clear results, 10, maybe 12 to 15 identifications will give healthy results. But in this case one person identified 343 people in one day. This is not humanly possible. It contradicts the natural flow of life . This alone shows us how the case file was prepared."

The court denying all requests, decided continuation of detention.

Next trial was postponed to December 10. That trial was decided to last for 5 days either.
