Decision announced in the Dink case

İSTANBUL - The decision was announced in the Dink case where the 9 defendants' case was seperated from the main case where the public officials were being tried on the grounds that it was dropped due to prescription. Erhan Tuncel was sentenced to 99 years 6 months, yasin Hayal was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months, Ogün Samast was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of prison time.
