	DİYARBAKIR - A citizen who was forced down on the ground in Diyarbakır and was handcuffed behind his back, was exposed to police brutality along with the watchmen.

	&nbsp;

	The police and the neighborhood watchmen who acquired currency by the violence they inflict on the children during the Covid- 19 outbreak, today handcuffed a person whose name was not learned in Yaşar Kemal (Ekinciler) Avenue in Yenişehir district of Diyarbakır. The footage shows that the police and the watchmen loudly insulted the citizen. The citizen was taken to the hospital with an ambulance along with the police and the watchmen who have beaten him.&nbsp;
