Israel Embassy announced that this deal "will contribute to a trade in the levels of record."   A plane of İsraeli airlines El Al, which halt flights to Turkey in 2007, landed in İstanbul Atatürk Airport. Israel Embassy told airline El Al will start operating cargo flights between Tel Aviv and Turkey for the first time in a decade.   After applying for regular cargo flights between Tel Aviv and Istanbul, El Al landed in Istanbul this morning at 07.50 after 13 years, after the approval of the Turkish aviation authorities. According to the news of Elda Sasun from the newspaper Şalom, Ron Al Shapira, the manager of the El Al cargo department, informed that the flights will only be for cargo transportation and shipments of goods.    The plane has left İstanbul to carry 23 tons of medical equipments to New York.
