They destroyed graves, left hanging Turkish flags behind

	BATMAN- In Güneşli Village of Hasankeyf district of Batman, the soldiers destroyed a shrine and the graves around it as they hanged Turkish flags on the trees surroinding the graveyard.

	The graves in Hasankeyf's Güneşli (Şemse) District have been destroyed again after the previous attacks by the military armoured vehicles. Soldiers hanged Turkish flags on the trees of the graveyard. The soldiers, who had ruined the graves in the previous days destryoed the a shrine this time, which is called Sheikh İbrahim Türbesi (Shrine of Sheikh İbrahim) and deemed as holy by the locals together with some graves surrounding the grave of the sheikh.

	 

	MEBYA-DER Batman Branch Co-Chief Ahmet Yaşar drew attention to the fact that the attacks on the graves have continued despite the Eid and told that "AKP, which introduces themselves as religious attacks to the grave of a sheikh, not recognizing the values and beliefs and culture of  Kurds one more time. There is no explanation for that. They do this to the Kurds, just because Kurds are Kurds. We will raise struggle against these attacks, which are against the culture and the values of the Kurds."
