Aydeniz: They are afraid of the struggle network of women 2020-05-24 11:20:39   DİYARBAKIR - Speaking about the detentions and arrests against politically active women , DBP Co-Chair Saliha Aydeniz said: "They are afraid of women who created a network of fight against the monist mentality."   Saliha Aydeniz, Co-Chair of Democratic Regions Party (DBP), evaluated the targeting of women in active politics in terms of the detention operation based in Diyarbakır. Stating that their main target was the women and the women's struggle in the raid on the Rosa Women's Association, Aydeniz said: "The detentions have once again showed us that the fascist government and masculin mentality is pressuring the women for their own survival."   Pointing out that there has been an increase in violence against women with the appointment of trustees to HDP municipalities and the closure of women's associations, Aydeniz noted that Rosa Women's Association was established on such a date and received thousands of applications since its establishment.   Stating that the AKP government has waged war against the mechanisms of women because they can not manage the country, Aydeniz said: "These pressures do not frighten women and we will never step back. Women are determined in this regard. We will activate every mechanism we are in as the women."   MA / Arjin Dilek Öncel
