It was noteworthy that the prohibition was taken after 14 days of work stoppage in some factories after some workers were diagnosed with coronavirus, as their legal right.   The Governorship of Kocaeli announced that it was forbidden to stop production in the city for 15 days. It was noteworthy that the ban came in two factories in the Gebze district yesterday, where about 600 workers for the same company worked, after a worker's coronavirus test turned out to be positive.   The workers stated that they will stop work for 14 days as it is their right to stop working in accordance with Article 13 of the Occupational Health and Safety Law and had not gone to the factory today. After the workers started the work stoppage at the plant in question, the Kocaeli Governorate issued a circular containing a series of ban decisions, including the term 'work stoppage'.   HAVE THE BOSSES DEMANDED THE BAN?   600 workers stopped production in a factory in Gebze district of Kocaeli.
