Zeytinburnu Municipality worker committed suicide

	İSTANBUL - Yavuz Selim Sertdemir (33), who worked as a worker in Zeytinburnu Municipality, committed suicide in his home in Şişli.

	It was learned that Sertdemir committed suicide after his colleagues, who could not reach him and went to his home to check him out. His colleagues said that Sertdemir, who lives alone, has repeatedly submitted a petition of assignation to the mayorship in order to move in Konya and settle with his family, but he always received rejection response to his petition.

	Last year, Ömer Aşık, who was discharged from Zeytinburnu Municipality tried to put himself on fire stating "I am hungry, I am not able to make a living. My children are hungry".
