	ADIYAMAN – Journalist Hacı Yusuf Topaloğlu, who was arrested with the claim of “being a member of an organization”, was released in his first hearing.

	Dicle News Agency (DİHA) reporter Hacı Yusuf Topaloğlu, who was arrested on November 27 in the Kahta district of Adıyaman with the accusation of "being a member of the organization", was released at the first hearing.

	&nbsp;

	At the trial held at the 2nd High Criminal Court in Adıyaman Courthouse, journalist Topaluğlu, making his defense, said he did not know the person who testified against him and said his statement was contradictory and demanded his release.

	Following the recess, the court decided his release.
