
Acquittal in Ankara Jitem case

	ANKARA - In the Ankara JİTEM case, the court delegation decided to seperate Mahmut Yıldırım's file and acquittal for all the defendants. Complainant attorneys reacted to the decision and said that it is a state policy.

	The final hearing of the Ankara Jitem case where the defendants were being tried for forcefully dissappearing and executing 19 people between 1993 and 1996 was held in Ankara 1st High Criminal Court.The court decided to seperate Mahmut Yıldırım's file from the main file and acquittal for all defendants.

	Complainant attorneys reacted to the decision and said that it is a state policy.
