Birdal pointing out that one of the most pressing problems of Turkey is the impunity policy, said: "The successive coups in Turkey have made the people lose their ability to question. If these coups had been confronted, there would be no Saturday Mothers or the massacres in Suruç and Ankara today."   'NO DEMOCRACY WITHOUT KURDS'   Birdal, underlining that the society's emerging need for rights and justice can not be suppressed with oppression, said: "Everybody is on a search for justice in Turkey. There is nowhere in the world you can see that a government official is appointed to replace an elected person. More than half of the elected HDP politicians are in prison. People from different identities are still unable to express themselves. The Kurdish question lies behind that problem. Everyone should see that, without the Kurds there will be no peace, democracy and justice in Turkey."
