Mother whose son on hunger strike for 82 days: Tears fills our dining table

	URFA - Hanım Konak, mother of İrfan KOnak who  is on hunger strike for 82 days in Urfa Type T Closed Prison, made a call to the democratic society:" My son is on hunger strike demanding the continued isolation on Öcalan to end. We don't want our children to lose their lives in the hunger strikes.

	The hunger strike thousands of prisoners attend demanding the continued isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan to be removed continues while the 30 people turned their hunger strike to a death fast. İrfan Konak who was sentenced to 3 years 8 months is on hunger strike for 82 days.  

	 

	 

	Hanım Konak who stated that the last time she went to the prison to visit his son ,she saw that most of the hunger strikers have difficulty walking, said: "We don't talk much with my son. He doesn't have the energy to talk. He lost a lot of weight.We want the isolation on Mr. Öcalan to be removed and the hunger strikes to end. We don't want our children to lose their lives in the hunger strikes."

	 

	 

	Konak who wants the removal of the isolation said: "I don't want the mothers weeping anymore. Our children are in prison, we are in in another prison in our homes.we can not eat anything while they are ungry in the prison. Tears fill our dining tables."

	 

	 

	Konak who drew attention to the sit in in HDP Urfa Provincial building, said: "My son told me to tell you that they need you to raise your voices. I didn't know there was a sit in here, I came here today and I was very happy to see the mothers resisting. MOre mothers should join to raise the voice of their children. I will be here until the isolation is terminated.
