İhsan BUlut on death fast: Our hunger strike will not end before the isolation ends 2019-05-11 11:00:33 ADANA - İhsan Bulut who is on death fast for 12 days against isolation, said: "Our action will not end before Öcalan is given all his rights and the isolation ends." İhsan Bulut who turned the hunger strike he started on February 23 in Van High Security Prison, to a death fast on April 30, stated that his morale is high and their death fast action will succeed in the visit on May 7 with his family.     'WE WILL NOT END THE DEATH FAST BEFORE AGGRAVATED ISOLATION ENDS'   BUlut said: "I am fine. My morale is high. We consume 3 glasses of water with sugar. The attorneys may have seen PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan but that doesn't mean the isolation is removed for good. It hasn't. Our death fast will continue until the isolation in İmralı is terminated permanently and Mr. Öcalan is given all his rights such as family visits, attorney interviews, phone rights, his letters to be given. Even if our friends who are on hunger strike ends their hunger strike, we will not."   'THEY ARE IN CRITICAL CONDITION'   Ahmet Bulut, father of İhsan Bulut who had a 45 minutes visit with his son, said he had to have help to get to the visitation room. Bulut who stated that his son looked like he is having difficulty in continuing the visit, stated that all the hunger strikers in that prison are critical. Bulut who made a call to the humans' rights defenders and the society, said: "We will be there for them until they die and fight their fight."   'KURDISH COMMUNITY SHOULD BE PREPARED TO ALL POSSIBLE OUTCOMES'   Bulut who made a call to the society, said: "15 prisoners are on death fast in 4 prisons. 15 more joined yesterday. They are ready to die. I have a call for their families. We should stand with them and fight with them. We should be prepared for all outcomes. Every Kurdish citizen must be prepared."
