791st Application of the attorneys to visit İmralı was rejected

	İSTANBUL- Bursa Chief Prosecutor's office have denied the 791st application of the attorneys made to visit PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan

	 

	The 791st application made by the attorneys  İbrahim Bilmez, Serbay Köklü, Raziye Turgut ve Mazlum Dinç have made to visit PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan was rejected again by the prosecutors office. The Attorney General's Office rejected the application of the lawyers, citing the "restrictions imposed on convicts pursuant to the Law no. 5275 on the Execution of Criminal and Security Measures".

	 

	The applications the lawyers made have been rejected for reasons such as "adverse weather conditions", "Coaster is broken" , "state of emergency" and at last "disciplinary penalty since July 27, 2011
