ECHR's life sentence verdict: It is torture

	DİYARBAKIR- ECHR passed verdict regarding the life sentence practiced in Turkey and ruled it inhumane torture and ill treatment and asked Turkey to remedy the violation.

	 

	 

	Due to aggravated life imprisonment sentence recieved in Turkey, European Court of Human Rights (AİHM) who finalized the decision that it is a violation of rights as it is seen  Article 3 that regulates the prohibition of torture and said Life sentence is inhumane torture and ill treatment. In the verdict where Turkey was charged with the court costs, which is 1500 Euros, Turkey was asked to remedy the violation.
