Evidence were spoiled in the case of the police murdering high school student Karakan! 2018-12-07 16:06:37   ANTEP- While the court board are preparingto pass verdict for the case high school student Karakan's murder by the police in the new year's eve, family attorney Bülent Duran said the court board have gone biased, the evidence were spoiled, there are unlawfulnesses in the case and the case wasn't extended.   The case for the police Hasan Bilki murdering high school student Ekren Görkem Karakan (16) with the claim he disobeyed stop warning on charge of murder in the first degree, was seen at Antep 11th Criminal Court today.Bilki attended the trial via video conference (SEGBİS).   Prosecution demanded the defendant to be tried with the charge voluntart men-slaughter due to the fact that the incident happened on the new year's eve and Karakan tried to escape with a car.   Duran stating that the suicide bomber intelligence the police claims to be the reason for committing murder came a day later than the incident, insisted that the witnesses must be interrogated in the courtroom. Duran reminding that the video images that was filed as non existant during the incident later turned out with the request of the prosecutor, said: " The evidence are spoiled.There are lots of surveilience cameras at the scene.The police killed ekrem willingly. It is not possible to shoot him from that distance without aiming. The deposition of the police must be added to the file during administrative court. There is a child that have lost his life. This child was killed intentionally."   The trial was postponed to January 22, 2018.
