	NEWS DESK- It became harder to announce arrangement of bankruptcy with the accaptence of the new regulation on pre-arranged bankruptcy in the parliament.

	&nbsp;

	Because of the ongoing slump, companies announcing pre-arranged bankruptsy, which means paying the debt in a certain order, increased therefore the government made new regulation regarding the arrengement of bankruptcy.

	&nbsp;

	The law proposal containing provisions for the resolution of the problems arising in the last eight months of the execution of some provisions of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law regarding the pre-arrenged bankrupcy ,was adopted at the parliament in which it was submitted.With the adoption of the provisions it became harder to announce pre-arranged bankrupcy.
