My son had a similar discussion 2 years ago and he had hit a marble and injured his head, the father said that the school administration considered this situation 'normal'. The teachers said to my son that his name is very difficult. They cannot pronounce this name and asked my son  whether they can call him 'Reno'. The school administration put pressure on us to enroll our son in another school."
