Koca: We have lost 21 people in the earthquake 2020-10-31 10:28:23   NEWS CENTER- Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced that 21 people died in the earthquake in Izmir, and 435 people are still being treated.   Health Minister Fahrettin Koca made a statement on his twitter account regarding the 6.8 magnitude earthquake that took place in Izmir.   Briefing the people on the casualties and injuries, Koca said, “We have 21 casualties, 435 people are still being treated. Surgeries of 9 people continues. 25 people are in intensive care. Treatment of 364 people was completed and they were discharged. "We are on duty in Izmir to reduce our pain with 112 Emergency Aid Teams, UMKE Teams, ambulances and hospitals."   AFAD announced in its latest statement that 20 people died and 799 people were injured.
