Lawyers went to security directorate to visit HDP members under custody 2020-09-26 15:17:26 ANKARA - The lawyers of 20 politicians from the HDP's 2014 Central Executive Board (MYK), who were detained on the grounds of Kobanê protests, went to the Ankara Security Directorate Anti Terror (TEM) Branch, where they were detained to meet with their clients.   It was learned that 20 politicans were detained in the operation carried out by Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office yesterday regarding the Kobané protests took place back in OCtober 6-8, 2014.    All of the politicians detained in their cities were brought to Ankara.   ATTORNEYS WENT TO THE SECURITY DIRECTORATE   Attorneys who could not meet their clients due to the 24 hour lawyer restriction, went to the Ankara Security Directorate Anti Terror (TEM) Branch at the end of the 24 hour restriction. . HDP Deputy Co-Chair for Law and Human Rights Ümit Dede was among the lawyers who went to the police.   According to the information obtained from the lawyers, the "confidentiality" order brought to the investigation is still ongoing. Lawyers will appeal on this matter on Monday.   Those under custody in the security directorate are as follows:    HDP Kars Municipality Co-chair Ayhan Bilgen (Kars), HDP new term Central Executive Board Member Alp Altınörs (Ankara), HDP Foreign Relations Commission Member Nazmi Gür (Ankara), HDP former Diyarbakır MP Altan Tan (Diyarbakır), former MP Ayla Akat Aka ( Diyarbakır), BDP former Co-Chair and MP Emine Ayna (Diyarbakır), İmralı Delegation Member Sırrı Süreyya Önder (İstanbul), HDP former  MYK members Bircan Yorulmaz (İstanbul), Gülfer Akkaya (İstanbul), Berfin Özgü Köse (İstanbul), Dilek Yağ (İstanbul), Can Memiş (İstanbul), Günay Kubilay (İstanbul), Bülent Parmaksız (İstanbul), Zeki Çelik (General Treasurer-Balıkesir), Pervin Oduncu (İzmir), İsmail Şengün (İstanbul), Ali Ürküt (Diyarbakır), Cihan Erdal (Istanbul) and Prof. Dr. Emine Beyza Üstün (Istanbul).
