	The document of rejection signed by Parliamentary Speaker Mustafa Şentop included the following statement: "If the questions, "Are the crimes of abuse committed by Specialist Sergeants in the provinces where Kurds are densely populated a coincidence?" and &nbsp;"Are abuses in Kurdish provinces tolerated?" are removed from the motion, the proposal can be put into action."
