
Military hospital doctors: Şiban is unable to give his statement

	VAN - Forcibly taken from his home early this morning and brought to military hospital, Othe treatment of Osman Şiban restarted when the doctos's say he can not give his statement in his state. Lawyers of Şiban applied for the treatment to continue in state hospital.

	Osman Şiban who turned up at the intensive care unit of a hospital after he was detained by the gendermerie on September 11 in the Çatak district of Van, was taken to military hospital by force early this morning.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	The prosecutor requested a report from the military hospital on whether he can give his statement or not. Upon examination, the military hospital doctors gave a report stating he is not in a shape to give a statement. It was stated that Şiban's treatment restarted after the doctor's report.

	&nbsp;

	Family lawyers, on the other hand, applied to have Şiban be treated in a state hospital, not a military one.
