No news from Iranian Ali Hajılon, who was released 12 days ago 2020-09-22 12:22:25   KARS - There is no news from Iranian Kurd Ali Hajlon, who was arrested while working as a shepherd in Kars and was released 12 days ago. Kurdish politician Mahmut Alinak, who shared the same ward with Hajilo for a while, said: "His release was only known by the court who released him, the police and the intelligence agency. Was he abducted when he walked out of the prison?"   Iranian Kurd Ali Hajılon, who was detained in February with the accusation of 'being a member of an illegal organization', was released from Kars Type T Prison 12 days ago. No one has heard from him since then. Kurdish politician Mahmut Alınak who shared the same ward with him called for awareness.   NO WORD FROM HIM FOR THE LAST 12 DAYS   Stating that he was arrested because he looked like a HPG member in a photo, Alınak said: "When the court understood that he was not the man in the photograph, he was released after being held in prison for 7 months. Neither his family, nor his lawyers have heard from him ever since."   Pointing out that they were taken into custody the same day and ran into eachother in the Anti Terror Unit, Alınak said: "I greeted him but we couldn't speak because he didn't speak Turkish. I didn't know he was Kurdish back then. Then he was brought to my ward when we got arrested. He was very happy to see me. He was arrested because he looked like someone in a photo. As a lawyer I could not comprehend the grounds of his arrest in that situation. He was the father of 3 children and the only one providing for the family. He took care of his children, wife, mother and father. I wrote many petitions for his release but they weren't processed. He told that he was not the man in the photo time and time again. Then all of a sudden, 12 days ago, he was released. We figured that they finally understood that he was not the man in the photo. He left the prison and no one ever heard from hi again."   WHERE IS ALİ HAJILON ?   Stating that they could not obtain any information about the whereabouts of Hajılon, Alınak said, "His release was only known by the court who released him, the police and the intelligence agency. Was he abducted when he walked out of the prison? And by who? Where is the Iranian state stands in all this? The government is abliged to make an explanation about Ali's whereabouts. I repeat my question. Where is Ali Hajılon?   Alınak made an urgent public appeak for Hajılon to be found.     MA / Adnan Bilen
