And the lawyers of the families filed a criminal complaint at the Van Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.   According to the petition the soldiers came to the rural neighborhood and gathered the citizens at the town square, forcing them on their knees and checked for their ID's. The soldiers told them that they are angry and they will burn down their village to take it out on them.  The soldiers, 15 of them later came back with Servet Turgut with them whom they detained in another neighborhood and detained Osman Şiban there and left with the two detainees.   According to the petition written by the lawyers, the soldiers threatened the villagers that they will shoot all of them when they protested the detention of the 2 men. The 2 men were dragged away and the villagers climbed up to the hill to see where they were dragged to, and saw that they were forced into a helicopter. Because there is no cell service there and there are more soldiers around the village, the villagers could not inform anyone regarding the detention of the two men.Two days later their family went to the gendermerie command asking information about the two men. The gendermerie command official said he didn't know but when the families said they will contact the press, someone from the command called them and told that the two men are at the Vab District Training and Research Hospital's intensive care unit. The family later went to the hospital but could not see the two men.   CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SOLDIERS   The attorneys of the families filed a criminal complaint against the military personnel that participated in the Lightning 10- Norduz Operation who battered and almost killed the two citizens.   MA / Cemil Uğur
