
Restriction to detainees to access lawyers

	ADANA - A decision of restriction to access lawyers for 24 hours was given for those detained in the house raids in Adana and Mersin.

	&nbsp;

	As part of the investigation launched by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 14 people have been detained in Adana and Mersin in house raids by Friday morning on the grounds of "being a member of the organization" and "participating in the social structure of the PKK/KCK". Those detained have been brought to the Adana Provincial Police Department's Political Branch.

	&nbsp;

	The Prosecutor's Office ruled a 24-hour lawyer restriction on those detained.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	It is stated that the number of detentions may increase within the scope of the investigation as there is a detention warrant issued for 17 more people.
